Code, Sun & Ambition: Two Weeks in Tenerife That Could Change Everything

This summer, Harbour.Space is taking tech education somewhere unforgettable. For two weeks — July 5th to 19th — young innovators aged 10 to 20 will come together on the island of Tenerife for an experience that blends hands-on coding, game development, design, AI exploration, and team challenges with the kind of summer memories that last a lifetime. From beginners taking their first steps into programming to advanced students training for international competitions, this camp is designed to inspire, empower, and ignite a genuine passion for technology in every child who attends.

Every participant will find their place here. Students are grouped by level and previous experience, so no one gets left behind and no one gets bored. Through hands-on workshops, team competitions, and collaborative projects, participants will explore mathematics, coding, problem-solving, and AI, the foundations of tomorrow’s tech world, while being immersed in an international environment. They’ll be immersed in a highly motivating international environment, surrounded by peers from around the world who are attending as members of their national teams for the IOAI regional bootcamp. That includes a comprehensive preparation programme for Team Spain 2026, selected through four qualifying rounds and coached by experienced faculty to master international competition standards.

This unique setting fosters collaboration, inspiration, and healthy competition, as participants engage with like-minded students during the venue stage — before national teams advance to the international finals in Kazakhstan in August 2026, where they will face participants from over 120 countries.

For our most advanced participants, the camp All classes are taught in English.

There's a reason we chose Tenerife. The island offers something rare: the energy of a stunning destination without the chaos of a typical tourist hotspot. Think sun-drenched black-sand beaches, the vibrant streets of Santa Cruz, and the breathtaking presence of Mount Teide watching over it all.

But this isn't just a coding camp with a view. Between classes, campers will enjoy supervised beach activities, outdoor adventures, and the kind of spontaneous, sun-soaked energy that only an island summer can offer. Two full-day trips are included in the programme, because exploration is part of the education too.

Our certified camp counsellors report directly to the Camp Director and Camp Manager, monitoring each camper throughout the day. Daily team meetings ensure any concerns are addressed immediately, and every detail of the programme is designed with your child's wellbeing at the centre.
